(By Ray D.)
We admit it...the President is trying to intimidate, bully, coerce and control the American media to suit his agenda...with noticeable success.
But why aren't more German media outlets enraged, indignant, angry and up-in-arms about this story...?
The Bush Administration had as much reason to complain about Fahrenheit 911. It was about an order of magnitude more factually inaccurate than the ABC miniseries. The US mainstream media is now assiduously reporting every incidence of whining by the crybaby Clintonistas. In contrast, it shamelessly puffed Moore's movie for months before its release, never letting slip the faintest excuse for publicizing it. However, the Bush Administration did not try to censor Fahrenheit 911 or intimidate its producers. That is one of the major differences between the left and the right in America today.

PS. Davids Medienkritik used to be a great blog. Now it's mostly a right-wing ranting platform - a la Rush Limbaugh. :-(
Note from David: You're on a "hold for approval" status.
BTW - thanks for the kind reference to Rush L.
Makes my day.
